He went from being a high school athletic trainer, to a college athletic trainer, to the athletic trainer for the Philadelphia 76ers in just 5 years. His words have appeared on over 17 million Starbucks coffee cups. He has addressed the United Nations on the importance of play in developing countries. He is the author of 3 highly successful books published by ESPN Books, Disney Press and McGraw Hill–most notably the Rules of the Red Rubber Ball.
